Agenda

1. Division age grouping. After discussions a motion was made by David Rockstraw to change the youth division grouping to U 10, U 13, and U 17. This was seconded by Kelly King and passed by all.
2. Play-up approvals. The following players were voted on and approved to play-up; Luke and Matthew Johnson will play-up to U 13. Chelsea Wilson will also move up to U 13. Ian Christeson will play up to U 17. Holly will play in O 30.
3. The position of Youth Representative is open for nominations until February 9, 2007. Must be a U 17 registered player who is at least 15 years of age.
4. Gift certificates to be awarded registered players who referred a new player will be $ 20.00 redeemable at Big 5 in Las Cruces per motion made by Cynthia Clark, seconded by Jeff Rabe and passed by all.
5. The positions for the following BOD officers are open for nomination; Treasurer, Vice President and Commissioner.
6. Discussion was held on practice and game times for the O 17w but unresolved
7. Draft for all division age groups were concluded and is available on the Web site
