By a decision of BOD/Officers present one or more games may be cancelled if the weather is not cooperating. The afternoon games may, or may not, be able to be played even if the morning games are to be rescheduled. If games are cancelled call the above coaches. The players should call the coaches to find out the game status. Cold, wet days offer little possibility to recover the pad to playing conditions. Spring winds may cause cancellation of afternoon games. If the concrete is wet in the morning, but if forecast calls for warm temperatures and breezy conditions the concrete could dry out quickly with help in removing puddle areas. If conditions look favorable for the afternoon, only the morning games could be cancelled and rescheduled.
